Our team was brought in to replace the internal marketing team and to bring orders to the marketing for the company. After initial reviews, we created a plan to build a strong, robust marketing foundation to start driving sales on the e-commerce side of the business.

Within the first couple of months, we had more than doubled their online sales, increased their social media presence and were driving more traffic to their site.

Following the early success, we replaced the website which the previous marketing team had spent more than £25,000 on, with a simpler, more robust platform which in its first month did more than £35,000 worth of business.

Part of the project included working with the Sales and Marketing Director to seek further opportunities, one of which was based around influencer marketing/partnerships, this included working with Former Wales and British & Irish Lions captain Sam Warburton to create content and packages for his membership platform
