Lockabox is a growing company in the lockable storage space. Based in the UK the company has grown from strength to strength, selling their product worldwide

Our team was brought in to help the Lockabox team during a period of growth, their product had just been picked up and gone viral thanks for featuring on a US TV programme, so they need to put processes and marketing in place quickly to take advantage of it.

As part of the project, we explored Lockabox’s customer journey, how they gain clients, how their stored their data, remarketed to them as well as how they upsold their products, both within the eCommerce space and B2B.

Following the creation of a marketing playbook, which outlined their entire customer journey, including the infrastructure that was required to run it, we created a new website, additional SEO-prepared content and social media for Lockabox.
