We were called in to help the team at Twenty20 to get more organised as the team was growing. This involved sitting down with the owners to understand their customer journey, how they worked internally and putting in processes for customer retention.

From there we produced a total playbook, which covered all aspects, the technology and integrations needed and the actions the team needed to take.

We then built the system in stages, ensuring that it was not only working but also that the team understood how to use it. As it was delivered in stages, we revised and adapted based on real-world testing, incorporating automation to help them save time and be more efficient
