Step 1 – Discovery Day

You don’t build a house without a strong foundation and we don’t start this process without doing a deep dive into you, your business and your goals.

We have to understand you and your business, what makes you tick, what your drivers are, the journey you’ve been on to get you to this point. Then together we dig a bit deeper, we understand your ideal clients and the journey we want to take them to turn them from prospects, to customers, to lifelong clients.

We research the systems, messaging and so much more to build the foundations we can work from

Step 2 – The Journey

Now comes the fun part! The journey!

Understanding you and your business is the start, building the journey that we are about to take is the fun part, we map out the processes, the messaging, the theme, the resources needed and so much more.

We create your playbook, your manual for the business-winning machine we are about to create!

Step 3 – C.E.N.T

With the Journey created, we apply the flesh to the skeleton and use the model that our MD, Matthew Ruddle, has created over the years of working with businesses all over the world – C.E.N.T

  • Content (Blogs, Videos, Graphics, Infographics, Podcasts, etc – as part of The Growth Academy, we help create the content)
  • Engagement (Social Media Management, Prospect Engagement and more)

This model has been key to many businesses winning consistent business and as part of the process, we work with you to deploy this dangerously powerful process for your business

Working together, with the plan, we pick what we need from our menu of services IE If you need more traffic to your website, we look to create content and we get our team to work on your SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). Then the following month, we might look to turn those written blogs into videos, so we book a filming day (if a location is needed, this cost will be added), where we shoot video with you and your team and create those for social media, your website and more.

Step 4 – Review

Every month we book in either a Face-to-Face meeting (or a coffee!) or an online Zoom meeting to review what we’ve been doing, the impact and more, as well as catching up with you and your team on the tasks you’ve been working on. That allows us all to be accountable and keep the momentum flowing and to see where we need to adapt, tweak and ramp up our plans.

At the end of the 6 months, it’s vital that we review, learn and improve. As the Growth Academy makes an impact with your business, hitting your goals and moving you forward, we take a step back at the end of each 6 month period, to review, learn and improve.

Then…. We go again!

Application Process

It’s important to us, that we have a strong relationship with our clients, so we are both driving your business in the right direction. This is why, we don’t work with everyone, we only work with businesses where we are both a good fit for each other.

So we have an application process, just to make sure that

A) we can help you and,

B) we are both going to be focused on delivering the results

The Application Process is simple, select a time and date for us to have a zoom call, and pop your details in to the form. We will then send you a Zoom link and prior to the call we will run a quick audit on your site, your marketing, etc.

We will then run through this (giving you free advice as well!) and make sure we are a good fit for each other!

FAQ about The Growth Academy

Our core goal is to provide value and help you reach the goals that we set together. This means, in order for us to achieve that, we need to be sure that we understand your business, your industry as well as setting those realistic goals.

We’ve seen too many businesses/coaches and “Gurus” out there who work with everyone and anyone and as many people as they can get to sign up…. you know the type, the “run to the back of the room and sign up NOW!” guys.

That’s not us.

We want to work with people we can genuinely help and that means our time (and yours) is important, so you deserve that focus.

We work on 6-month blocks, we won’t sign you up for 12 or 18-month programmes.

6 months is a good period of time to get things moving, hit goals, learn lots, so we can go again faster, stronger and even more successful

Of course, there could be any number of reasons why we feel we aren’t a good fit for you (and we will fully explain that, even helping you find someone else to work with!)

But there is nothing to stop you from applying in the next opening. Times change, situations change, people change…. never say never!

Absolutely not, the whole point of The Growth Academy is a partnership, we all bring different skills to the party, so we want to utilise them.

No one knows your business more than you, and we know a lot of other really cool stuff! So we put them together, with accountability, trackable results, open communications and a singled minded focus on getting you the results

There are no guarantees in life (except death and taxes!!), whilst we will work with you to set out a goal and what success will look like, sometimes life gets in the way and has a different idea for us all.

That is not us covering our a**e but the reality of things, so many companies out there make big promises and then stick their get-out-of-jail-free card in the tiny tiny small print – we won’t do that.

Our monthly check-ins are there for us to be accountable and for us all to know where we are at, what is happening, how close (or how far) we all are to the targets and we can make adjustments to get us to them. If we need to put our “Smash Glass In Case Of Emergencies” policy in place (basically we double our efforts!), then that is what we do.

Our sole goal is to make sure you hit yours

Video marketing is huge these days, it gets attention, it educates, it converts – so we include it in The Growth Academy.

The videos would be interview style to educate but we can offer other promotional videos, although there might be an additional cost (We can make Avatar if you want, we just need the budget! 🙂 )

As part of the planning stage, we work out what is needed, how much and we come at things with logic and expertise, so if we need video (and we will!) then we get it done

The simple answer is…. both of us – we have content writers who can produce the content but no one knows your products, services, etc better than you, we will just help you articulate it a bit better!

At the end of the 6 months, we do a review, a full on “warts and all” review, what worked, what didn’t, how we all worked together, etc and proper, honest review and then we make a decision…
